Anne manages staff development for HIE and co-ordinates the development of training and education programs for HIE's clients. She is an independent consultant and is director of Forster & Gibson Pty Ltd, a private company specialising in the design and development of e-learning and the strategic development of entrepreneurial ventures in education and training. Anne is a highly regarded expert in the design of innovative learning using current technologies to suit the needs of non-traditional students.
